"Although they initially said they could not make it out the same day, the boss called, understood the emergency and made it happen—even though the guys later told me he was out of town on vacation! The guys were very capable and competent, made sure the line was clear, and did not try to sell me all kinds of things I did not need and did not try to scare me into getting more work done like the previous plumber had done. These guys were great, and they will be the first ones I call if I need a plumber again. I was totally thrilled with the speed and professionalism and especially the competency! Totally worth the slightly higher price!"

"Bill arrived on time—actually before the scheduled time due to a cancelled prior appointment. He worked quickly and efficiently, and once the job was done, he made affable conversation for a few minutes. The price was right and I was charged precisely the quoted price. "Alex Corn was very professional. He arrived as scheduled, installed a new kitchen sink (after carrying out the old one) and installed a new faucet as well. He was very patient in educating me about the new parts, checked on some bathroom sinks as well, and left everything clean. We are now going to use him to rebuild some bathroom faucets, and plan to continue using him as needed."

"Alex arrived on time, reviewed the outdoor leak (puddle) next to my house, and determined that it was a problem with my sprinkler system. Alex shut off main sprinkler valve and recommended that I contact a local company that specializes in sprinkler systems since they would be cheaper. He was on time, efficient and honest—all qualities I appreciate. Highly recommended. "
